Abbasov Qurban Musa,
     Chairman of the constant commissions of territory – land municipality of Sabail.

He was born village Cheshmali of region Tovuz on 19.06.1959. He graduated secondary school in village Bozqanli in 1976, Construction – Engineers’ Institutein 1985. He began to work in Baku Knitted fabric. He worked at responsible position in former State Plan Committee, Ministry of Economic Development. He was selected member of municipality in 1999. .
