He was born in Amoglu village of district Sharur – Daraleyez , Autonomous Republic of Nachcivan on 01.03.1947. He graduated secondary school in village Qarchun in region Sharur. He graduated history faculty in Azerbaijan State Pedagogy University in 1971, then he graduated Academy of DIN SSRI. He
took part in conferences and seminars about municipality which organized by European council and Government of Azerbaijan.
He traveled to Turkey, Iran, all republics of former SSRI, Jordan, Holland, and Strasburg.
He was conferred an order “honors police” and for blameless activities.
He took part in municipality’s elections in 1999.
He’s married, He got 3 children.
He is Qarabagh war veteran, member of YAP.
